1. Who we are

This site is operated by cure8 (also styled cure8ai), a trading name and business unit of MAXFR LTD — registered in England and Wales, Company No. 1455659 (maxfr.co.uk). MAXFR LTD is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at info@cure8ai.com.

2. What we collect, and why

Information you send us

If you email us — including by using the “email my results” buttons on our tools, or any info@cure8ai.com link — we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to explore working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Technical data from hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare automatically processes limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring page and timestamps. This is used for security (for example, mitigating attacks and bots), reliability, and aggregate traffic statistics. We only ever see it in summarised, aggregate form — we don’t use it to identify you or build a profile. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running well.

Aggregate analytics

We use privacy-friendly, server-side analytics provided by our hosting platform (Cloudflare). These are aggregate only: they don’t use tracking cookies and don’t identify you as an individual.

3. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own — no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Because we use no non-essential cookies, there’s no cookie banner: under UK rules (PECR), consent is only required for non-essential cookies, and we don’t use any.

Cloudflare, as our security and delivery provider, may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site safe and fast — for example a bot-management cookie (__cf_bm), or a clearance cookie (cf_clearance) if you’re ever shown a security challenge. These are essential, short-lived, and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

4. Who else processes your data

• Cloudflare — hosting, security, content delivery and aggregate, server-side analytics.
• Our email provider — when you email us, your message is handled by our email service so we can read and reply.
• Google Fonts — the site loads its typefaces from Google’s Fonts service, so your browser requests font files from Google, and Google may log your IP address as part of serving them. We can self-host these fonts on request to avoid that.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we don’t share it for advertising.

5. International transfers

Some providers above (such as Cloudflare and Google) may process data on servers outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Emails are kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows, then deleted in line with normal business practice. Hosting and security logs are retained by Cloudflare for a limited period under their own policy. Aggregate analytics are kept only in non-identifying form.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and request data portability. Just email info@cure8ai.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Children

This site and our services are aimed at businesses, not children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this page if our practices change. The “last updated” date at the top always shows the current version.
